Privacy policy
This site does not track you. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel and no sale of data. The only information gathered is what you type into the booking request form yourself, plus the technical minimum needed to run and protect the site.

What is collected
When you send a booking request, the form transmits the following:
- your name,
- your email address,
- an additional contact detail if you provide one (phone or messaging),
- your preferred arrival and departure dates,
- the number of adults, children and rooms,
- the type of accommodation you are looking for,
- the free-text message you write,
- the language you are browsing in.
Two technical details are added to that submission: your IP address and your browser identifier. They serve only to filter out automated submissions and abuse, and are not used to profile you.
Why it is collected
Solely to handle your request: check availability, reply to you, and where applicable set up your booking. No marketing is carried out on this basis without your consent.
Who receives it
Requests are passed to CampaignKit, the request-handling tool published by LOGFILE Studio, acting as a processor on behalf of the hotel. Within it, they are accessible only to Diar Yassine staff. No request addressed to Diar Yassine is visible to any other property.
No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Records attached to a stay that was actually booked follow the hotel’s accounting obligations instead.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies and no cookies of its own. With your consent only, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and see which pages interest our visitors: no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set until you click "Accept" in the banner. The IP address is truncated, no Google advertising signal is enabled, and Google Analytics then transfers data to the United States under the Standard Contractual Clauses. You can change your choice at any time with the button at the bottom of this page.

The online concierge
If you open the concierge, the messages you write there are sent to the service that runs it, published by LOGFILE Studio, in order to produce an answer and, if you ask for it, to pass your request to the hotel. Do not enter sensitive data or card numbers there.
Your rights
You may request access to the data held about you, its correction or its deletion, or object to its processing. Requests go to the data controller named above.
Processing falls under Tunisian law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data. You may accordingly contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP). If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation additionally gives you a right to data portability and a right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Booking requests travel encrypted and are rate limited to prevent bulk submissions. The form never asks for a card number: no payment is taken on this site.
